Delivery
Every Dovie Home bed is made to order and freight-delivered with care. Here's what to expect:
- Order with confidence — your frame is reserved and enters the build queue right away. Need to make a change? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll adjust or cancel your order in full.
- Built for you — skilled craftspeople build your frame to your exact size and finish. No warehouse stock, no compromises — a bed made once, for your room.
- Delivered with care — free US freight on every bed, shipping and duties included. Our freight partner contacts you to schedule a delivery window that suits you. Allow 10–14 weeks from order to doorstep.
- White glove, if you like — add White Glove Delivery ($450, one flat fee per order) and a professional two-person team brings your bed to the room of your choice, assembles it in full, and removes every scrap of packaging. Deliveries beyond two flights of stairs without elevator access may need additional service — just let us know before your bed ships.
Returns. Because every frame is built to your dimensions, we'd rather get it perfect the first time — if you're unsure about size or fit, reach out before you order and we'll walk you through it. If a return is unavoidable, contact us within 7 days of delivery; unused frames in original packaging can be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee (see our Refund policy).
Our promise. Please inspect your bed on arrival. In the rare case that something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right — whether that means replacement parts, a repair, or a new frame.
Warranty. Every frame is covered by a 1-year structural warranty on the frame, joints, slats, and center supports from the date of delivery.
Bed frame only — mattress, bedding, and styling props are not included.
