Order questions

Every Dovie Home piece is made to order. If you need to confirm or adjust sizing after ordering, email us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll update your order before it enters production. For delivery timing, bedding ships in 2–3 weeks and bed frames arrive in 10–14 weeks, with updates along the way.

Policies

Our shipping policy, return policy, and terms of service are published in full. Made-to-order items are non-returnable, but if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
