Shipping policy

Free US shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States — bedding and bed frames alike. Prices include shipping and any applicable duties; there are no surprise charges at delivery.

Bedding

Sheet sets, duvet covers, and fitted sheets are made to order in your size. Once your order is placed it enters our production queue, and we'll email you tracking as soon as it ships.

Bed frames

Every bed frame is built to order and delivered by freight. Allow 10–14 weeks from order to doorstep. Our freight partner will contact you ahead of time to schedule a delivery window that suits you. Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours (see our Refund policy).

Free freight delivery (included)

Standard threshold delivery is included free with every bed. The freight team brings your bed to your front door, garage, or building entrance — packaged, with assembly and unpacking left to you. Assembly is straightforward: every frame uses a simple bolt-together system and arrives with the hardware and instructions you need.

White Glove Delivery ($450, optional)

For one flat fee per order — no matter how many beds — a professional two-person team brings your bed into the room of your choice, assembles it completely, and removes all packaging before they leave. You make the bed; they do everything else. You can add White Glove Delivery on any bed's product page before adding it to your cart.

One note: deliveries beyond two flights of stairs without elevator access may require additional service. If that describes your home, email us before your bed ships and we'll arrange it.
